I'm a guy who enjoys golf but will never be really good at it. After hearing these ads and reading reviews, I decided to go ahead and try this to see if it helped my game. When I got it, as other reviews state, there were no instructions so I went to their YouTube videos. After trying it according to their instructions, I now know why my shots sprayed like a garden hose. It took me quite a while to adjust my swing so that the little ball would hit my forearm. That has improved the strike of the ball. I think it's well worth the money, especially for someone who is a medium to high handicap golfer who just would like to strike the ball better. By the way, I ended up buying one of these for each of my two brothers because I felt it was worth it.
