**Q: Which hip is it for? The pictures show it on the right hip but video is on the left....are you messin with me boy?**
A: Hey Bret, no messing around it works for either hip. You can slide training rod out and into other side to move from left or right hip. Let me know if you have any other questions.

A: Yes, it will fit ladies clothes. It is better when using a belt or pants verse the skirts and thinner waisted pants but still fits and works on the thinner garments also.
