To make sure you get enough food for your pet, we always weigh heavy and include extra bugs to account for any dead or undersized dubia. Depending on the size of the bugs, you may receive slightly more or less than you ordered. For instance, if you order 50 dubia, you may receive as little as 45 if your bugs are on the larger end. However, you could also receive as many as 60. In most cases, you will receive more than what you ordered.

**Q: Is the clear pack a cooler or food? Was wrapped in paper.**
A: It's a cold pack to keep them from overheating

**Q: Are these male and female dubias? I see a review that says all male but my order is mixed it looks. Colony starting purposes and all I'd advertise it**
A: I believe it's a mix, mine came assorted male and female, but I ordered the small and not the large as well as ordered a breeding set to jump start the colony and have been very successful the smalls I ordered and haven't used as feeders are getting close to adulthood

**Q: What’s all in the box?**
A: You will get 100 Large roaches in a cloth bag with egg crates.

**Q: I live somewhere where it is very cold right now. Would these stay alive on route and once delivered?**
A: It depends how far away from seller you are and how they are packed.  They die if they get under 60° F.   I had mine marked hold at post office.

My order took a little side trip and ended up in FL. I contacted the seller and they were very quick to reply and I was satisfied with the response. When the Dubias did arrive 15 give or take didn't survive the trip but the rest were healthy and a good size. I'm placing another order today.

I’ve ordered insects in the past ( super worms) and unfortunately most of them had died during shipping. Had stopped buying from Amazon and went with Petsense, but I will definitely buy again. Saved so much money! Plus I love to watch them lol

Only 4 out of 3 orders of 100 roaches i ordered arrived dead and they are big and healthy they started eating as soon as i put them in their tank im happy with my purchase best price on Amazon compared to any seller will buy again if I could I would give 10 stars
