I'm roughly a 35 inch waist. This belt leaves me room to grow or shrink. The only 2 down sides I noticed as of now is, it's a little difficult to tighten. I wish they used a hook and loop that was about a 1/2 inch less wide or with rounded corners so I don't get caught by them. A Simple fix is to just shift the belt a little to the side.
