**Q: Thank you for your response.  My dispensor is a  Vitapur VWD796BLS, will your filter fit this model.  Thank you**
A: It is unlikely this the VitaPur countertop filter will fit the stand alone Vitapur VWD796BLS Stainless Steel Water Dispenser with Refrigerated Compartment.  I have not been able to locate a filter or specifications for it online.  Do you have the dimensions of the filter that you need? I can compare the dimensions of the two items.  Since the Countertop model is expected to process much smaller volumes of water, I would imagine that the stand alone ViraPur has a significantly larger filter simply because here is room for it and that the countertop version has a small filter to save space.
