In caring for my Mom, I've been trying various other liners to get not only a good price per pkg. but also the best quality. These liners are by far the Best!!!! You get 30 exact bags as the most expensive liners on here plus the insert for the liquid is very absorbent. It doesn't turn the liquid to gel like the slightly more expensive ones but it works just fine. I say that with confidence considering we go through many many bags due to being on a strong diuretic. We sometimes use the 30 bag pkg. in a few days, so it's the Best Buy!!! I keep ordering and am a very happy caregiver!! Ps. - If you need extra ansorbancy beyond what comes with, you can always buy the gel liners separately and add as needed but I haven't had to do so yet!!!! I found one liner did not absorb enough when it was for a whole night's use. I had to put 2 liners in the bag to absorb everything. I prefer there not be any sloshing liquid when I have to empty this in the morning. I do not want any drips, leaking, mess of any kind. Also the bags were not quite large enough. If they were a few centimeters bigger I would not have to struggle to get them around the bucket and the bucket handle. Unfortunately I've had a few major leaks and the absorption pad is worthless. I've tried using two pads with the same results. When they're not leaking they work fine.
