I have a ps5 slim and occasionally it gets too hot, after purchasing this, it runs just fine. No issues

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an issue (turned out to be my usb block)

The dock stopped working after 5 months of ownership, so I messaged the seller for the warranty they provide. They responded within 2 days to offer a code to order a replacement, only for me to realize that my USB hub was the problem. I changed the USB plug I’ve had for a while and it worked perfectly. Moral is, I didn’t properly diagnose the issue, but the seller was ready to send a replacement. 10/10 would recommend for gamers who run through two batteries gaming.
