(Google how beef protein is extracted and you will see why I say that, but muscletech doesn't use this cheap method) The taste is of a deep chocolate and unlike other people, I have zero problems mixing it. I use a simple Jay Cutler shaker cup and it mixes perfectly, so I have no idea why people have problems with it when I've had a total of 3 tubs and zero problems like that.It does have 3 grams of creatine in it,so it's best used during your creatine cycle and not during the 4 weeks off of creatine.
