A nice sturdy product, easy to use, boils in less time have multiple options to keep the water required hot, easy to clean just squeeze a lemon - boil it and rinse it and ready to use again. Price is ok can be little less. Cord length is short.Overall a good product recommended for travelers.

Decent but with some major basic flaws
Good:1. Small and compact2. Suitable for travel because it can become smaller to pack3. Multiple modes for heating - like full boil or jst warm for teaBad:1. No auto off switch. I left it on accidently over night .. luckily it didnt set my house on fire.. we are so used to auto off in kettles once hot.. so was shocked that it didnt do it2. Need to lift with wire.. no separate bottom disc.. i always have to remove wire3. Over pricedWouldnt recommend unless its purely for travel purpose
