This will also make your cup smell like it forever, I had to toss out my Stanley because everything I drank from it smelled and tasted vaguely of the banana bag. Use a solo cup and you’re good!

Helps with my migraines and when I am sick. Taste is on the saltier side but it’s full of electrolytes, so that makes sense. Easy to use just pour packet into water bottle and drink within 15 minutes.
