With this shredder, when you put the CD/DVD in, its goes in a few inches and then the shredder stops and will not continue. The only option is then to reverse the shredder and pull the half-shredded DVD/CD out. This is not acceptable when it is clearly advertised as being able to shred CDs/DVDs.
