Fit a 20 lb turkey with ease. Next year I will consider lowering the temp by 25 degrees the last 2 hours (we cooked at 325 and it was done 30 minutes early but still very juicy). Frees up your oven for other holiday dishes needing cooked. Very easy clean up.

So I resisted getting one since Ive had good luck with traditional oven roasting-- well this Thanksgiving, we were hosting some family who I know would need the oven to finish their dishes, and this roaster went on sale for just about half price. I will never cook a turkey in the oven again. This worked amazingly well, getting the turkey and stuffing both up to temperature in about two hours less than usual, and even though it was very well done the near was still tender. It holds the temperature perfectly, and cleans up like a dream when you're done. I can't wait to try a ham in it for Christmas!
