Dennoch klappert jetzt irgendwas im Gerät herum, irgendwas ist da wohl abgefallen, abgebrochen. Sehr unschön, ich muß mal die Schnittstellen testen. Ferner wird das Teil bei Gebrauch extrem heiß.2018:Der Adapter funktioniert eigentlich gut. Schön finde ich die Idee der aufklebbaren "Füße", damit das Teil dann auf dem Tisch liegend genu die Höhe hat, um im MacBook in die Thunderb.-Anschlüsse zu passen. Damit liegen Adapter und MacBook wie eins auf dem Tisch. Bei Nutzung des Netzwerk-Ports wird der Adapter ziemlich heiss. Das scheint mir aber ein Macbook Problem zu sein; ich habe noch einen anderen Adapter, der verhält sich da genauso. Unpraktisch finde ich - das liegt aber am MC OS !!! - dass man im laufenden Betrieb ein Netzwerkkabel zustecken kann, das MacBook auch eine IP bekommt, aber die Daten weiterhin über die bestehende, langsamere WLAN Verbindung schiebt. Ansonsten funktioniert der Netzwerkport einwandfrei. Auch eine externe SSD zwecks Datensicherung tut ihren Dienst. Ebenso wie USB Sticks un dSpeicherkarten meine Kameras. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Mini-DisplayPort funktioniert nicht *by R***M on Reviewed in Germany on 13 February 2021* Positiv: Kompakte Form, lässt sich gut ein- und ausstecken. Die mitgelieferten Aufkleber passen auch für meinen Mac Book Air (M1 2020).Negativ: wird sehr warm beim Laden via USB-C.Mini-DisplayPort funktioniert nicht (mit zwei Kabel getestet, Apple und 3-rd party). Direktanschluß mit Thunderbolt-2 Kabel via Adapter USB-C / MD Port an den Monitor (LG 34UM88) funktioniert. Dann sind auch 60 Hz bei 3440x1440 möglich. Jetzt kann ich den Monitor nur via HDMI Anschließen (50 Hz bei 3440x1440). Das ist bedauerlich, der Mini-DisplayPort war für mich der Grund des Kaufes.
