They are also great for holding cheeks out to get a good brush in the back of the mouth. I use them to wipe his tongue clean also. Most children like the taste of apples, so this wipe is super easy to use. The dental hygenist suggested cutting the spiffy in half and using half at a time. Don't do this! There is not enough to get a good grip and the baby could easily choke when you lose your grip and he starts to eat it. Even when you use the whole thing, you have to wrap it carefully and tightly around your fingers so a baby doesn't bite it off.
