After that, it was easy to pull up to the top. If you’re working on your own motorcycle, you should have some basic tools anyways to help make things work when it’s not an essential area such as suspension, engine, wheels etc… A minor non-essential part such as this needing to be modified is the least of my worries. Now my new Quad Lock setup works great and doesn’t block the dash any. Worked great for my 2024 panigale v2. Had to wrap the string around a wooden spoon to get a better grip to pull it through the fork stem. A little patience and calculated pressure had it installed in 5 minutes.
