Make sure it's parallel to your band again. Subtract the band size from your bust size to find the right cup size. I wear a G cup and this bra is cut high enough to keep me from spilling over the top. Looks good under knit tops. The cups keep my breasts separated and I don't have a shelf. The band and hooks hold up well. Some of the seams get loose threads after a few months of use (threads and rubber band-type bits). I would call the bra a medium duty, as compared to something like 18 hour heavy duty ones, but it is still comfortable and supportive. Not heavy enough to work as a sports bra but I do wear it while exercising sometimes. When new I get some puckering in the cup seam but it smoothes out after a few wears/washes. They last me about 10 months when I use them twice a week, then get too stretched out and thready.
