I have recently been supplied with another NHS brace by the Hand Clinic but it is a completely different design and provides only a fraction of the support provided by the Actimove.The main difference between my very old brace and the Actimove appears to be the sizing, since my old NHS one is an Extra Large, whereas the Actimove is merely a Large. I followed the precise sizing guidelines,with some reservations but I now find that the Large Actimove indeed provides considerably more support than my old Extra Large NHS brace.I cannot recommend this product highly enough and am absolutely delighted with it.
