So I was surprised but very happy to learn that I was shopping local. When I got my package everything was packaged very securely, nothing was broken. My wedding is at the end of April so I haven’t been able to put them to use yet, but what I can tell you is that I did a little DIY on these table numbers, and they held up fantastic. They are not wobbly, and they stand very tall and they look gorgeous. One of the reasons I got them is because they weren’t super short. I’m using longstem candle holders at my wedding and the tallest of them are about 10 inches so I needed a standing table number that was above 10 inches, so I was very happy when I found these. They are wooden, but they are not flimsy plywood. They are very sturdy. Putting them together was super easy, all you have to do is secure the base to the number stick, and you are all done. Two steps. I took them outside and I spray-painted them gold because that is one of my wedding colors, and they look gorgeous. Even when I was applying force with the spray paint And I was not holding onto them, They did not fall over. When you open your package, you will notice a little note that says please go here for a free gift. So I inquired about it and I got to talk to the sweet woman who owns this business. And even before that, she had reached out in an email asking if I was satisfied with my purchase. She told me what the free gift was, but unfortunately it was not going to work with my wedding due to certain circumstances, so she sent me something that we Had discussed prior but was not technically the “free gift”. I never once expected to get a gift, so the fact that she was willing to send me another gift that technically wasn’t part of the promotion was super sweet, and some top-notch customer service. I definitely recommend wedding expressions. We painted them gold to match the decor of the wedding but painting is not neccessary. Not only is the product great, but the customer service is amazing as well. One of the numbers went missing after the reception & instead of having to order a whole new set, the owner Ash worked with me to replace the one digit that went missing. Ash went over & above!!! On top of all this..they give back!!! Donating portions of their proceeds to various charities in the hope of making our world a better place. I used 1 entire can of silver glitter spray paint for the main number faces and then went along the edges with a paint brush/silver glitter paint.
