does it come with a cap that can seal the lube stick when not in use?

Unfortunately no. It's not even in a tube you can push up to expose more of the lube stick. It is simply a paper wrapper you have to peel off.

Can this be used on sliding bathroom glass doors?

Do not know - works well on wood doors. Consider spray lubricant - I use one on my sliding glass doors to the patio and it works very well

Is this a silicone grease stick?

I don't think so. My dad used it in the 1940s.
