Taste good

It taste like mud water so i dont recommend as a tea on its own but if you mix it with another tea for flavor it has good health benifits and it doesnt have a strong flavor so it blends well with other drinks! They come in a transparent tea bag. They didnt leak any leaves or anything either.

I normally don’t drink teas because of the flavors but this one is just perfect

I have been drinking this tea every month, 1 week before my cycle in the evening for the past 3-4 months, and my menstrual cramps have reduced significantly. One pack has lasted a while for me so the value is good and the tea bags are good. It has little to no taste so you can drink it with or without sugar or honey. I feel so much better and healthier. This is my new staple tea for sure!

Only purchased because I was pregnant and using for prenatal/labour benefits, does it taste awful? Yes! Does it work? I think so! Regardless, it’s worth it to try it for pregnancy and labour. This product is as good as any, and was easy to order, have delivered, and use.

Tastes okay, it is a pleasant herbal tea for the evening. I decided to order it because I read it could help with period pains and I am pleased to notice an improvement in that area. I drink it a few times the week before my period starts by using 2 teabags for each serving and it has helped soothing my pains.
