The content is excellent, the blend is exactly what it should be and has the added benefits of a really good electrolytes mix. I hope they never add caffeine to this and leave it to the pre workout. I love having a mix like this that I can drink any time of the day without having to consume stimulants at the same time. The flavour is amazing too. No strong chemical smell or taste. The blue raspberry tastes exactly like the little blue 10p cup drinks we used to get as kids. The usual Bcaa sell is there but is not unpleasant or overpowering. And I've noticed that with this brand you can get away with not drink it so quickly as it doesn't seem to go off in the bottle so no bad taste or smell and no stomach pain.
