Can I use the charging coaster for the ceramic version to charge this travel one too?

Yes you can. I have both and it works perfectly

Does it come with 12v

No. The charger operates from a mains electricity socket at 240v

What kind of heating technology it has? Is it induction or coil ?

It has.....!!!!...wait for it..... induction to charge the battery but a resistive heating coil to heat the metal cup for two hours, it's a solution looking for a product. More insulation or a vacuum hint :-) hint :-) would be more ecological,, really Brian....... and a better solution to this first world problem, but then, hey we could rub two sticks together like in the old days... :-)

£134 is it worth that ?

It is very expensive for what it does. But it does work. As long as you wish to drink your coffee or tea at your desired temperature, then this will do the job brilliantly. However, I can not recommend this for travelling as the battery rarely last 2 hours. It is very useful in an office where the charger is plugged in next to your PC. Whilst in its charger, it will keep liquids at your desired temperature indefinitely.
