Justice League (2017) (4K UHD) [Blu-ray]

Well we all know we get Superman don't we.How they do it is very clever.This movie is every bit as good as Wonder Woman and the equal of any Marvel movie and better than some.The plot is the usual super heroes have to save the world from an alien god or something.It does not really matter.The action is spectacular but the characters are given space to breath.There are some nice extras and the film crystal clear.The new characters will grow on you very quickly and work well the old hands.I have to say that I got the impression this well be Ben Afflecks last appearance as Batman unless it is as a cameo type of role.The movie does end with the usual promise of more to come.Check out after the credits roll.

wow brilliant, loved it. I enjoy the difference in colour and tone that DC has to MCU (love MCU). I really liked the build up getting the characters together. I didn't think i would like Millers Flash as i really liked Flash the tv series but he's brilliant. Gal Gadot of course fabulous. I really like Afflecks take on Batman and Cavill is a brilliant Superman and how they bring him back is very well done. Aquaman & Cyborg great new heroes. Ably assisted by Simmons & Irons. Loved the interplay between the team, the jokes, the bonding, some very emotional moments in the film and a worthy villain / s. Can't wait for the next film.

OK, lets start by pointing out that I was not expecting much from the movie and the panning by critics and general negative press was my only guide. I decided to give it a go and honestly I was okay with it. I do not believe that the ability of the actors comes into question, I would have been okay if Affleck had been grunting his was through the script or that the story was a bit flaky but I was actually impressed with the turns taken by the cast. The only real exception was the woefully poor CGI and 2 dimensional goals of Steppenwolf which had computer game cutscene written all over it. I believe the problem here is what happened in the editing and the marketing. If you can blast a movie for having too much six pack women (you know, warrior types) a bad moustache overwrite and ignore everything else then you are obviously a paid critic. This appears to mean spending more time complaining and bemoaning because you can't take the movie as it is eg A MOVIE. Are the critics so afraid to go against the flow in case it damages your position in the critics wine bar. The movie did have it's problems, but I think with the rushed and frankly awful pacing and choppy edits it is testament to it that the movie comes out still watchable. I can only imagine how it could have been it if was left to Snyder to work and not have it bastardised by the money men and the marketing buffoons. Buy it or rent it and make up you own minds, but consider that this was not the vision of the creative team and it is still not a bad flick.

I watch films to be entertained and this one hit the mark nicely. The storyline is good and so is the acting. How the actors make this crazy story believable is a credit to them. There is a lot of action in it but the Director has paced it throughout the film, so not too much and not too little. Overall a very well balanced film. It is certainly one for the collection of Blu-ray films and one that will be watched again (maybe even several times). I was actually sad when it finished. In view of that I have given it 5-stars and I would recommend it to anyone who likes these crazy sci-fi movies.

This DC movie, with a decent ensemble cast portraying memorable DC Universe characters could have been much better than it is. By any means I am not saying it is bad BUT it definitely is not as epic as it could have been. Advance apologies for any/all spoilers ahead. The acting of individual characters is quite good, it can be clearly seen they are working with what they got. Ezra Miller as The Flash is likeable, Gal Gadot as the Amazing Wonder Woman, has got a powerful presence, Jason Mamoa & Ray Fisher as Aquaman and Cyborg did bring a certain amount of justice to their respective characters but Ben Affleck looked mostly disinterested in what was going on. The chemistry between the League members is really good and there are some fun scenes. Some action scenes were brilliant (Amazonians vs Steppenwolf is one of the best moments of the movie), even though the movie lacks memorable action compared to Man of Steel, BvS and Wonder Woman. Superman’s role I particularly enjoyed (except for the infamous moustache thing which is extremely obvious) and certain pre credit scenes like Batman looking for a Justice League Headquarters and post credit scenes of Luther and Deathstroke & Superman racing Flash were again really good to watch. Overall I found the plot weak (bad guy wants to destroy the world, just like The Avengers, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Man of Steel, Suicide Squad, X-Men: Apocalypse, etc). You can tell how it all ends, everything is very predictable. The villain is really awful. I didn't fear him for a second and is heavily CGI’d. The VFX is quite a letdown, especially the underwater scene when Aquaman is talking to Mera and that erased moustache on Superman’s face is really really distracting. Almost like a bad case of upper lip Botox. There are not a lot of surprises throughout the movie and very little character development. The humour in the movie is hit and miss in several scenes along with the dialogues. The sense of urgency, danger, The-World-Is-About-To-End, feeling is largely missing from the movie, which makes the Ultimate battle scene seem weak. The movie is never really exciting. It's almost exciting in a few scenes, but never really really exciting! Justice League is not a really bad movie, but it's not great either. Unfortunately Justice League is just okay. I won't particularly remember it in a years time! I didn't love the movie, but based on certain scenes pre credit and post credit, I'm intrigued where the DC universe will go next. For what it could have been, it just unfortunately wasn’t!

Set shortly after batman dawn of justice Batman recruits super heroes to fight a alien baddy seeking to find a box that was hidden from him for thousands of years his name is steppenwolf, i was confused briefly because i thought steppenwolf was from a boney m song. Batman recruits the flash a cyborg, wonderwoman, and brings superman from the dead and the go to defeat the bad guy...... I admit i never saw this in the pictures because i wasn't keen on afflek, but I'm wrong he was good in this. Still dont know who's the cyborg was

Arrivato puntualissimo il giorno dell'uscita in edizione digibook, quindi con copertina lenticolare e libretto illustrato contenente immagini del dietro le quinte e bozzetti preparatori. Per quanto riguarda il film in sé credo sia godibile, ma se si pensa che Snyder aveva un'idea ben precisa e che quest'ultima è stata castrata dai piani alti della Warner, l'amaro in bocca è inevitabile per un prodotto che avrebbe potuto essere oltre il godibile.

Steelbook: frontalmente troviamo rappresentati i 6 eroi della Justice League di questo film (Cyborg,batman,flash,Superman,Wonder Woman,Aquaman) mentre sul retro è rappresentato solo Batman in una immagine che ritrae il volto preso dalla copertina che come unica differenza è priva di colori. Internamente troviamo raffigurata la stessa immagine presente in copertina sempre con la modifica che ne priva i colori. Oserei dire gran poca fantasia nel creare questa Steelbook, come tutte le realizzazioni mondo anche questa presenta una protezione in plastica che ne completa la “bellezza” (guardare foto). Blu-ray: anche il cd tiene una grafica anonima, completamente bianco con un leggero design che tende a richiamare le linee trasversali in copertina, presenta alla base il nome del film in nero con una piccola stella posizionata tra la i e la c di Justice. Film: sequel di Batman v Superman , l’uomo pipistrello si trova difronte a una minaccia troppo forte da combattere da solo, il nostro eroe andrà alla ricerca di compagni pronti a tutto per salvare L’intero pianeta. La visione hd è nella norma. Gli extra seppur non lunghissimi tendono a spiegare principalmente cosa sia la Justice league come sia stata creata e quante varianti possano esistere. In conclusione personalmente che si tratti di avengers o Justice league vedo in questi film solo la differenza di protagonisti ma il succo rimane sempre quello , tutti uniti per sconfiggere un unico nemico, tutti film belli ma che non lasciano il segno, gran poco di reale e gran tanto lavoro fatto a computer, se siete collezionisti la steelbook non è male, in caso contrario vi evito l’acquisto in qualsiasi formato, guardatevi il film su qualche piattaforma streaming quando disponibile oppure In tv quando verrà trasmesso in chiaro.
