My points in the old review below still hold true, but my main criticism of the lamp, that it is only adjustable in one dimension, isn't really as big a deal as I first thought. The fact that they seemingly imply that the lamp kind of is, though. I wish they'd drop the word "rotate" from their description, but at least they dropped "swivel" since my first review. I have a feeling it's more of a translation issue than intentional deceit in advertising one, though.Anyway, why the big jump? Well, two reasons; the first of which I think is more universal: having experienced two other similar dimmable, color temp changing LED desk lamps since then, I find the color temps in this one the most pleasing to my eyes. And secondly, as a freelance worker who basically goes from company to company and sits at an empty table and has to bring his whole office with him, there are two features that made me fall in love with this lamp: it folds up flat for easy transport, which I believe is a feature unique to this lamp, last time I looked around, and I only saw one other lamp with this feature: it is USB powered, so all I need to carry for it is a thin USB cable that I can just plug it in to the mini hub in my computer, rather than have to bend down to plug in an AC adapter. I know it sounds lazy, but try setting up and packing up a whole desk's worth of office stuff every couple weeks for a while. Every little bit helps.I gladly paid $30 for this in July, and now that it's $25, I might buy another as a backup.Old review July 2017:The description made this seem the perfect portable desk lamp for me, but upon receipt, the lamp neither "rotates" nor "swivels." There are two hinges on this thing in total. If the lamp were a plane, it would only pitch. It does not yaw or roll. That disappointment aside, for a USB powered lamp, it is about as bright as I would want a lamp in an office setting; it is not a super bright lamp one might use for projects and such. The illumination is flicker-free and only produces one blurry shadow, not multiple ones. The color temperatures are pleasing. The touch buttons are responsive even through the protective film that I have not pulled off because I haven't decided if the lack of lamp rotation is a deal breaker or not... (edit - obv. not)[Feb. 13, 2018 edit] I just discovered fakespot.com and am dropping my rating in protest of the preponderance of fake reviews on this item's page.[July 6, 2018 edit] Looks like they removed the fake reviews and now have an A rating on fakespot.com, so bumping my rating back up to 5 stars. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect desk lighting accessory *by H***Y on Reviewed in the United States on September 12, 2018* I purchased the lamp for my grandson for his for his room. I liked the fact that it was LED adjustable lighting, it didn't take up too much space on his desk, and provided space to charge his cell phone.
