**Q: Probably really simple answer, but how do you change the labels on the spine with the provided blank labels?**
A: The little frame around the number pops out, took me a while to figure it out

**Q: In one of my folders, the pockets are upside down. Is there a way to take the folders apart to either swap the number or the pockets?**
A: I have just had a look and I think it might be difficult. It looks as thought the clips on the central spine might be glued in. You could always try levering it apart and have a tube of superglue to hand!

**Q: Can you keep your cd’s/dvd’s in their original cases in the storage boxes?**
A: No. You must store them in the folder without any cases whatsoever. The folder is made up of plastic sleeves. It's a good buy though, incidentally.

A: The slot for the disc is only slightly bigger, so you wont store the front sleeve of a CD. I have stored some of the smaller special edition booklets and things alright, but not the covers, no
