I hardly use my oven as this does everything except really large joints of meat or a turkey. It is economical, easy to clean and store. ## Questions & Answers

**Q: I have asked what the diameter of the pan is, however I have been given two different answers. 8.5" and 9.5".  Please which is correct?**
A: Hi the top diameter is 9.5" the bottom of the bowls diameter is 8", as a massive fan of this piece of equipment, the size of the bowl is big enough to roast a chicken for 3/4 people in it. Hope this helps

**Q: Does anyone know the size of the pan?  What is the diameter of the pot?**
A: The diameter of the pot is 8 1/2" and the depth 3"

**Q: Is the non-stick coating pfoa free?**
A: No idea. Doesn’t say anything in the booklet that comes with it. 
You should get in contact with the manufacturers.  The only contact details I can see is a name - 
Koolatron and a website address www.CzechCooker.com. 
Hope this helps. 
I had to look up pfoa- had no idea what this was!

**Q: Can this be used in a motorhome? 12V**
A: Only with an inverter. This is a mains electricity appliance therefore can only be used with mains hook up, or with an inverter. It will take around 7 amps from your battery each hour using an inverter.

I bought this initially for in our Motorhome but it has since taken over at home as well. Heats things up much quicker than the oven and much hotter too. I am saving so much in energy bills. Whilst cooking I heat the plates on top. Great for cooking a 1lb loaf ( there is only two of us). I heat the Remoska for 5 minutes and then add the risen dough, cooked in 40 minutes. I make bread most days so image what I am saving by not heating a whole oven to 240 degrees. I have seen the bad reviews about the peeling coating, I can only guess by the dirty look of the photos that the item is a used return that has been sent out which is not good enough. Mine was brand new and immaculate and remains that way. Totally delighted to see them back in stock as I just may order a second!!
