It also comes with everything you need outside of seeds to get going. We have grown Basil, Dill, Parsley, Thyme, Rosemary, Oregano, Marjoram, Cilantro and Mint all very successfully. We tried cherry tomatoes and it needed more space with all the herbs we had so we got rid of the plant. It could work if the only thing you grew was fruiting plants, started them at the same time and had them spaced out far enough. It is made from quality material, very easy to set up and use especially with the app. I highly recommend this product.
