One do it just stopped working. My daughter tried to reset it but without success. I contacted Wonlink who replied within 24 hrs with simple step by step instructions on how to reset. It worked a great- booster now back up and running - we’ll do ne Customer Service at Wonlink ### ⭐⭐⭐ Almost *by C***N on 12 November 2023* I am currently rating items starting at a 4 for works as expected, and then removing a star for functionality that is missing, has flaws, or is misrepresented in the advert. It doesn't meet my definition of a repeater, and is misconfiguring network settings. Hence this items is receiving a 3.Strictly my definition of a repeater, would be something that continues the same configuration on. In the situation of this device, by default they do not repeat the same wireless name, but instead append a plus to the end of it. This would fit the definition of an extender, whereby the reach of the wifi is extended to a new access point that your device needs to explicitly be configured and switch to. There is no automated way that I can see from the instructions (or playing with it) to get this device to act as a repeater (which is what I feel most people will want and will have seen in the title as the reason to purchase).(there is a school of thought that repeaters cause network connections to drop out when you move from one access point to another, this is normally down to poor switch configuration and not updating the MAC entries correctly as a device moves, it isn't necessarily the repeater's fault).The device actually supports bridge mode, whereby the WiFi is copied/bridged directly on to the wired network without any network translation. This is actually of use to me, but it isn't an advertised feature, or common for most households so the device isn't winning an extra star.Unfortunately the reason for the device losing a star in my opinion, is that it is not copying the network settings correctly, and is thus misconfiguring the items that attach to it. On my network I have a device which is configured to perform the Domain Name Services or translations from human to IP addresses. This device is not the router of my test network.
