It came from the UK to Spain, then went back to the UK again (Brexit paperwork) was authorised by Amazon, came back to Spain, and then got stuck in a UPS warehouse (Brexit paperwork). Two days ago I supplied the required paperwork, this has not been acknowleged, and UPS have hobbled themselves with IT and Spanish robots with pre-programmed instructions that prevent me from speaking with a human being. Easter then caused further delay, so that I was out when it finally arrived. Thankfully UPS have a local hub from where it was easy to collect.
