I tried everything could thing even was going to return it or have it replaced but my 30 days had already expired. That's my fault because I didn't use right away until like a moth later lol... but anyway, I took a look at both USB's connections and noticed that one is shorter than the other one. I'm guessing that it wasn't getting the full power with the shorter one and that's why it wouldn't turn on sometimes.To make sure it wasn't the unit itself, I open it to make sure nothing was broken or burn. Everything was ok. So then I decided to cut the shorter USB and join the other one(longer one) with another USB I had. Connected them and plug it to the outlet and it worked just fine try it few times. So I guess I just got a defective USB cord, but for me that's not so much of a big deal because I need a longer cord so I'll be just be doing that. since the unit works just fine which is most important.So I do recommend this sensor light...
