Notifications reach you not straight away (not always the case, but there is no consistency)- mobile app sometimes become “offline” , so you cannot access it - which becomes useless if you need to access it remotely- security key pad after a while started mixing disarmed and home modes , even if you turn to one side. So it takes several attempts to disarm security system - which becomes really annoying (one of the reasons I decided to leave feedback now about smanos k1). Also if you arm or disarm - keypad response only in like 3-5 seconds- is way too slow.. i could joke that it takes me the same time to take out my phone and do the same thing via mobile app.- motion sensor is too sensitive for daylight (as you cannot place it in front of window - which I did and was causing false alarms) but it fails to recognise your arm waiving by the wall in 3 metres distance. Basically motion sensor even if it looks good - is rubbish from functionality side.Suggestions for Smanos company:- make your mobile app more user friendly and fix “offline” issues.- security keypad - shorten response time for activating/deactivating alarm- for Bridge/station you should add screen to show like current time/date/temperature. Since is connected to the power supply - it will not drain battery and you as a customer can place it somewhere visible as a decoration.- motion sensor current technology is not the best - use latest hardware to achieve best resultsAn update: lowering my feedback rating to 1 star as Smanos company fails to fix an issue of “offline” on their app, which makes this security system useless as you cannot control it via app. And also as mentioned earlier : key pad with rotation - no longer differentiates modes between “disarmed” and “home mode”. It was working well for the first six months (approximately) but now it became impossible to use - so there is a hardware issue here as I understand (p.s. poorly engineered).
