First of all, it comes in a case, which is nice. I have been cleaning with rubbing alcohol after each use, and store in the provided case. After cleansing my face, I used this derma roller over my face. I have sensitive skin, but I didn't feel any discomfort at all! The slight redness disappeared in 10 minutes after use. I then applied a good vitamin c serum, which is recommended. Using at night is perfect, so the serum can penetrate while you're sleeping. The second day of use, I was thrilled! I've had a millia (keratin bump) on my cheek for years, and after a few rolls back and forth, it had almost completely disappeared! My skin looks "glowy", and feels smoother. I believe it does an excellent job of exfoliating. I would recommend trying this product! The tiny needles don't hurt, so don't feel hesitant. I'm definitely purchasing this for gifts. All the beauty bloggers are talking about this, and I see why! Don't go to a spa and spend hundreds of dollars, when you can use at home, as often as you like.
