5 x bags (approximate weight of each bag is 200g - Bags are filled by volume). Our woods come from managed, sustainable forests and are specifically harvested for food smoking. ProQ woods contain no waste materials and little or no bark (wood bark imparts a bitter flavour). Although this dust is specifically graded for use on our ProQ Cold Smoke Generator it also works perfectly on Cameron's Stovetop smokers, Brooks Home smokers and Snowbee portable smokers. Each bag will give you approximately 2 fills - ProQ Cold Smoke Generator, 5 fills - Anuka Electric Smoker, 15 fills on Camerons and other similar stove-top smokers. *For use with the ProQ Cold Smoke Generator*
