The competitor's supposed advantage is that the letters are stuck to a strip that allows you to position all the letters at once to ensure alignment. This product doesn't have that. You simply peel each letter, one at a time, from the backing and then apply it to the Santa Cruz. Alignment was simple and it looks fantastic. Absolute winner of a product.
