Update### Unfortunately thus lick lasted 2 months with infrequently use, it was fitted to a garage side door. After the 2 months the magnet lost all it's strength, you could simply pull the door open. On contacting the seller they agreed to send me a new unit. Perfect I thought. Some time things do fail. But when I received the package they had only sent a new magnet. I did fit this but it turned out the main electronics were faulty. I contacted them again but they said they only provided one free item... The magnet.. Not the new unit they had said.
