"Hiwonder-xArm1S" requires assembly (paper manual included). "Assembled Hiwonder-xArm1S" is ready to use. Both include a tutorial leaflet. Let us know if missing.

Where can I find the download links for PC software/APP?

Software download links and instructions for accessing online course materials are printed on the paper leaflet included in the package. If this leaflet is missing from your kit or the links are inactive, please Let us know for assistance.

PS2 Controller has no response with LEDs on, but APP/PC works

The default is Action Group mode, requiring preset actions. Press SELECT+START to switch to single-servo mode, or load action groups first (See Tutorials: Lesson 2 Action Programming).

Why do other servos move when I control Servo ID1?

Other servo IDs are mistakenly set to 1. Disconnect all servos. Connect them individually to the board, and reset their IDs via the PC software's "Servo Test".
