If you’re using them outside, I’d say the same thing unless you have HIGH winds (I haven’t tested this) but can imagine strong winds blowing them over without the sandbags. Two complaints. They are extremely difficult to close back up. I'm getting the hang of it, but there are several other designs that would have worked better. Second, they fall over with light breezes. We work around that, but a pain to have to pick up as often as I do.
