Great customer service! Fountain was easy to set up in about 10 minutes. Just a slight fine-tuning of the pump adjuster and it gets a good flow of water cascading down without much splashing. Be aware that it’s not a loud sound of water - it’s more of a soft trickle. LED lights on the top and bottom give off a good glow - it’s probably on the whiter side of warm. The fountain is made out of resin and fiberglass - which is essentially a reinforced epoxy plastic. That makes the fountain very light and easy to move around when it's empty. Time will tell if the fountain will last - since it’s a kind of plastic, sunlight may fade the coloring over time and weather exposure may eventually crack plastic, but the fiberglass may make it more durable. Hopefully, I’ll get at least a few years worth of use in the California sun. The fountain is very attractive looking and just what I was looking for. I plan to get a filter bag for the pump to prevent debris clogs and use water treatment additives to limit algae growth and hard water stains. I’m happy with it so far.
