Review: Not easy! - Not for the faint of heart, it's hard work and takes a lot of self control on fast days, the flavours of some of the juices aren't what you'd want to keep repeating and yet you have to...no2 with the cinnamon, that's hard to finish. But that being said I lost 1.4kg in the first week of doing it. The superfoods powder that you get with it is gorgeous. Can't understand the bad reviews it's received, it's chocolate flavoured and really nice, especially if done as the instructions say with banana and blueberries. However, again, not for the faint of heart, it really clears you out, your bowels will be clear and you'll feel loads lighter. I'd recommend doing it definitely, looking forward to my total weight loss by week 4!

Not for the faint of heart, it's hard work and takes a lot of self control on fast days, the flavours of some of the juices aren't what you'd want to keep repeating and yet you have to...no2 with the cinnamon, that's hard to finish. But that being said I lost 1.4kg in the first week of doing it. The superfoods powder that you get with it is gorgeous.
