They are my very first pair of leather boots ever and I love them. I wanted one boot that I could wear for winter, hiking, and just because, and these fit the bill. The sizing, like everyone else says, is pretty large. I wear an eleven normally, but I went with a 10.5. Was able to get a Vibram sole this time. Upper still looks great. I thought they were too big at first (as others said), but the right solution is to put in an extra arched insert over the stock one, then they are PERFECT. A smaller size would be short. I have a 10W Timber boot from 10 years ago, they fit the exact same, with an insert. I get a LOT of compliments for this boot. I polished them with the Doc's Mink Oil, they got much darker and softer. They are by far my favorite boots.
