This one is much better than the one that I bought from another seller. You have much more control with the velcro on the toe and around the foot. Took a couple of nights but now I can sleep in it with no problem. No better buy out there since you get the extras also.On time and a wonderful product to boot! Happy! Happy! I never expected the results of using it. As soon as I put it on my foot, the pain I've experienced for so long went away and I could walk again without a limp. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that it will not stay on my foot at night. I finally gave up and used the silicone spacer.
