Well worth The money. Good quality and comfortable to wear and certainly eased my lower back pain

This is an excellent product which does what it is intended for, ie to support the lower back when it is either weak, damaged or painful. I have suffered with spasms and weakness in the muscles and this has worsened lately so I invested in this as an emergency measure, so that I wouldn't have to give up doing certain activities when things are especially bad. This is proving a real help, practical, easy to carry around in case of unexpected issues, and I have also rolled it up as a support in the small of my back when sitting during a concert. it's very simple to use and once you throw a loose sweater or floaty top over it, no-one will be aware that you are wearing it. It's adjustable so that you can cinch it tighter if you feel you need more support. It's also brilliant if you want to make more of a waistline, ladies! I will be using it anytime that I will need to be on my feet for a longer period. The only thing you should be aware of is that if you have a bad back for muscular reasons, you ought not to use this all the time, since it really does the job of the muscles. If you don't exercise them they will get even weaker. So use it, but keep working on strengthening the musculature in your back. Very happy with this product, and I heartily recommend.

I bought one of these two years ago for using in my home gym. I use it only to support my back for the lighter lifts until I need to get my proper heavy duty weight belt out which gives my back more support when under load than this back support. This back support is fantastic to be honest it gives me great support over a large area of my lower back and I have used it for 2 years now about twice a week whilst weight training. It is really comfortable to wear and easy to really tighten up. All in all a great back support. The only problem I found with this back support was the Velcro wears off eventually which makes it unusable because there is then nothing to stick the straps together to tighten it up. You can see from the pictures I have uploaded what I mean. Don’t get me wrong this is a great back support for the £22 I spent on it 2 years ago and I couldn’t of been happier with it. I do have another back support which is just a simple wrap around one with a Velcro edge which I purchased around the same time and have worn as often as this one. But the Velcro is still good on that one and it cost me under £10. Obviously it doesn’t give me the same amount of support but the Velcro is far superior. It is just such a shame it is unusable after only using it twice a week for just two years because of the not so great Velcro. It really lets the belt down unfortunately. I would buy another and am thinking about it but now the price has Increased by £5 pushing the price up to nearer the £30 mark I think I will wait until the seller has a sale to buy another if he ever does or wait until he improves the quality of the Velcro.

I was ready to hang myself with the constant pain in my lower back and surrounding muscles. On and off for 18 years, 3 kids later and incorrect use of posture. I'm having weekly Accupuncture sessions but needed something in between to support my back and help align my posture. And this is just the job. I didn't realise how bad my posture was until I put this on!! Initially i wore the support every day up until bed, then every day until late afternoon and now just the mornings. My posture has massively improved and I am much more aware of my body. My pain has dramatically subsided and am no longer taking painkillers. I feel very confident moving around during the day with this on as it feels such a support for my lower back. There's no itch, no smell, no rash and feels very comfortable. I'm 5ft7 and a size 10 and the M fits me perfectly. My lower back pain is on going and the lumbar support is no quick fix for my back problem but is certainly aiding me well on the road to recovery. My wife broke her sacram and needed this support for the bones in her back to repair. The doctors recommended she use a support and we chose this one. It did the job, giving the proper support and protection she needed. She recovered in the timescales advised by the doctor, which really showed how good the support had been for her. It is strong, well made and if it sorts out a broken sacram, I would guess it will do more convential back problrms the world of good. The doctors advised that for her recovery, this support and resting would need to cease after several months, as muscles would waste from under use, so it is no longer used. When it use, it reduced the pain and gave good support, which gave her the confidence to know it was helping. Very pleased we chose this particular support.

Light weight comfortable and easily adjusted

I recently purchased this back brace after advice from my spinal surgeon. I was diagnosed with lower lumbar spinal discitis, this is one of the most painful things I have ever experienced. I could not get any comfort with my back and needed some stability to help me stand up from a sitting position. Immediately after putting the brace on, I felt more secure in my movements and felt very comfortable. It has a perfect fit, thanks to the extra adjustable belt, the rigid splints are equally spaced giving the stability needed, but does not hinder movement. I can honestly say that sometimes I forget I am wearing it. I have to wear this for at least 6 weeks, so had to make sure it was going to be good. The quality is superb and I am surprised it doesn't cost more! You will not be disappointed and your back will thank you.

Overall good quality item - far better than expected. I’m between size 6 and 8 and I find it larger for that size. It still fits but as mother of two I’m more curvy than expected by the brace. Thus not the item I expected. It fits perfectly my mother though who is size 10, has just few kg more and no curves at all. So she’s the happy new owner.

Fantastic!!!!! Affordable, strong, easy to adjust, comfortable (breathable). I'd highly recommend this item. Perfect size, I'm 5.6, 125lb. I just need to get to use it more often, because it helps a lot with lower back weakness and pain.

Abbastanza confortevole per quanto riguarda il sostegno alla schiena, ma il materiale di cui è composta scalda troppo e fa sudare tantissimo.

Der Stützgürtel ist hochwertig verarbeitet und fühlt sich angenehm beim Tragen an. Am Computer hilft er, gerade zu sitzen und er entlastet den Rücken, wenn man schwer heben muss. Die Größe passt sehr gut - einfach die reguläre Kleidergröße kaufen. Für Männer und Frauen gleichermaßen geeignet.
