Review: Great sensor, great value - I’m very important with how easy and reliable this is. Be sure you mount it correctly. The double sided tape that came with it didn’t stay put on the high gloss trim where I placed it.
Review: Easier than expected to add to Home Assistant - I'd never totally bought in on Bluetooth for home automation. I've used lots of Shelly products at home - WiFi and now some Zigbee on the new gen. But I thought I'd give these a try in my office building instead of implementing Zigbee. Having tried them now, it's hard to argue with the value or ease of use. They're already turned on and running in the box - you don't even have to pull a plastic tab out to activate them. Literally just take everything out of the package, put the adhesive tape on, mount, and Home Assistant will already be offering to add the device using BTHome as long as you already have Shelly hardware in the area to basically act as a Bluetooth to WiFi bridge. I've put up four units so far and all reported 100% battery power.

Terrible product that won’t connect to my phone. Tried their app and it says it can’t use blue tooth even though it is a blue tooth device.
