How many boxes do you need to fill a 9ft Christmas tree?

hello, it depends on how density you want to make with, if light to medium covering, 3 pack is okay, but if you like to make it more rich, then you can try 6 packs. Every packs includes 1000 strands.

I do not know about the ice cycles BUT let's just say . . .THE TREE THEY ARE ON IN NOT FIRE PROOF. LET THAT BE A WARNING!!!! Stay safe!!!

How wide is it? For my purpose I need it to be around 1mm.

I researched and found them to be 2.66 mm in width. Hope this helps.
