They are also fantastic for security lighting as they allow my security cameras to record intruders much better then without the lights. We call them "the surface of the sun" for the brightness they generate. :)They were a piece of cake to install and it took me maybe 20 minutes to unpack them, determine their locations and install them in the ceiling. I used one inch long 1/4" diameter hex-head metal to wood screws which, with my power drill, were easy to install by myself. I just drilled right through the back plate into the sheetrock and wood above.
