It is amazing ! This morning I amde mini bacon and cheese quiche, yesterday I made 3 berry pies. I just buy the Pillsbury premade dough and the results were incredible. The machine crimps the top to the bottom crust, so the filling doesnt go all over. When you use the form to push the bottom crust into the mold, you may get a tear in the crust . Just take a little dough and patch it up. This machine is one of the few small kitchen appliances that I will use over and over..hmm thinking about making some italian strombolis with pizza sauce and mozzarella. After trial, and error, I finally figured out how the pie maker is supposed to work, and am very pleased with the pies it produced. I can't wait to try making more pies, and possibly some quiche.
