I complained and the reseller got back to the manufacturer. They don't provide instructions either, so hardly the reseller's fault. It is a professional tool and you are expected to have gone on a course to find out how to use it.The reseller, having discovered this, then did a search on the internet and came up with two sites:(...)These helped, but I then did a search for video showing the tool in use. In the end I found it easier to use a simple metal ended tool and cut off the spare ends with a small sharp knife. The small plastic tools are useless by the way.
