You'll be just fine. I'm 6'2 and 190 and this thing is perfect! In my humble opinion, not anywhere near "too low" as others have described. **Q: I had knee replacement and am unable to kneel all the way flat onto my heel on one side, I’m only about 4 inches away from kneeling. Will this work?** A: My knees are wrecked from the service. This may help. I just sit on the bench, and can cross my legs. It definitely helps. **Q: What is the height from floor measurement. Specs give width and legnth only.** A: One side is 7 inches plus the cushion; the other side is 6 inches plus the cushion. Since the bottom is rounded I use it both ways-if i'm kneeling, I have the low side in the front & higher side gives room for my feet. If I'm sitting cross-legged, i use the low side in the front and simply lean back to achieve the posture that is most comfortable. I really like the bench. My ankles don't allow me to sit directly on them and my hips are getting too stiff to sit cross legged directly on the floor for any length of time. Will this be a good fit for me? How good is the cushion after many uses is it flat or full?** A: Fit should be good- You may want to add padding after a while depending on the angle that you sit. I used it on a 10 day Vippassana retreat and 3/4 of the way in I was already planning on adding memory foam or buckwheat leaving a channel for the coccyx. Odd that none have that feature, similar to the long drive trucker seats. Still good padding but I'd rather use a cushionless bench instead without customizing on next retreat.
