That being said, the reipes out of this book that I have actually cooked are as follows.Meditteranean Chili, Pretzel crusted chicken, Adobo beef, Spicy slaw, spanish rice, grilled veggie rice, and Couscous salad. All of them have been very good and all will be made many times in our house.It's a good thing that I did'nt listen to some of the ridiculous reviews on this book. The one that really tipped me off was the lady that did not like the chocolate cake. I mean really..It's a LIGHT cookbook. If you really want a big fat piece of gooey chocolate cake maybe a LIGHT cookbook is not the place to look. Get a life people. She's read it and liked it a lot. My mother will use it to cook up some good recipies in the near future. They're a lot of other cookbooks out there from big names in food like Martha Stewart and Emeril Lagase just to name a few, but check out Sandra Lee's cookbooks like this one. As usaul - I flipped right to the back to check out the desserts - and I was not disappointed!!!
