The two parallel zippers are connected with one handle. In order for the zippers to open smoothly you have to pull on the handle in just the right way. The force from the handle isn't pulling entirely parallel on either zipper, so they have a tendency to get caught, leading to rather jerky opening and closing. Forget about completely closing the zipper. I couldn't get it to close at all around the corner by the velcro flap.The phone pocket is ridiculously small. With considerable force, I could get my Moto G5 Plus inside, but I wouldn't want to do it regularly. Would require modification to be useful.The integrated rain cover might be nice for those who need it often, but it takes up a pretty large amount of the bag's internal volume. It would make more sense to me if it was stored on the skinny end of the bag, instead of filling up the biggest part.One nice feature is that the two magnetic flaps on the fat end magnet to the bag when it's not on the motorcycle. Keeps them out of the way nicely.The primary reason I returned this bag was because it didn't fit on my Honda CRF250L. Tested magnetic hold up to 70mph with now issues. Magnets are small but held nice. It was a windy day and I averaged between 50 and 60 mph on some windy roads, bumps and a train track. Was pretty impressed that the bag didn’t slip at all. My iPhone X fits in the top clear sleeve. I have a case on it and still had about an inch extra room all around. Inside pocket I put my keys, wallet and a bottle of water and still had plenty of room. (camouflage joke) but I got this bag for my boyfriend's 2000 Harley Sportster. He loves it. It has 4 magnets on the wider side and 1 on the top of the skinny side. They hold on just fine even at 65-70 mph.. He has the Galaxy s10 and it fits perfect in the plastic pouch, plus you can still use the touch screen. The compartments are spacious and the zippers seem to be working good. It also has a rain cover (u can see it in the little bottom pouch when opened) that stays attached and accessible through a small zipper on the bottom front of the bag. Its perfect for carrying little items on short trips.
